Project enquiries and documents

We process your name, contact details, preferred contact method and information about the service, property, location, size, work, budget, schedule and individual requirements. You may optionally attach photos, plans and PDFs. We use these details to assess your project, clarify questions and prepare possible cooperation. Until submission, the draft remains in the open browser window. Please provide only necessary documents and remove unnecessary information about other people. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not make automated decisions about your project.

Hosting and access

This website uses STRATO web hosting, provided by STRATO GmbH, Germany. Project enquiries are stored in the hosting database; documents are kept in a separate directory that is not publicly accessible. Access is through our password-protected company administration area. Provider information: STRATO privacy information. Hosting involves processing outside Switzerland. Subsequent email or telephone correspondence uses the communication services involved.

Technical data and cookies

The hosting provider processes connection data needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information. The form and sign-in limit repeated attempts using hourly changing values derived from the IP address. The original IP address is not stored in our enquiry database for this purpose. Counters expire after two hours and are cleared on subsequent submission or sign-in attempts. The public project form does not set its own cookies. Company sign-in and initial setup use a necessary session cookie. Administration sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity and at most eight hours. The website contains no advertising pixels, analytics tools or externally embedded maps.

Retention and deletion

We retain enquiries and documents as long as needed for handling them and subsequent cooperation. When that purpose ends, we delete the data unless legal retention duties or legitimate needs for evidence require otherwise. Our company initiates deletion of the record and related files from active enquiry storage. There is no fixed automatic deletion date. Backups and technical logs follow the hosting provider’s deletion procedures. Our company is responsible for necessary backups.

Your rights

Contact info@gts-ag.ch to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Where provided by law, you may request delivery or transfer of your data and object to processing. You may withdraw consent with future effect. Reasonable identity verification may be required. Legal duties and overriding interests may limit these rights. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
